(English) Best Practices

CRASH MUSIC produces musical and cultural experiences committed to social and environmental sustainability. Its main services are the production of musical events, the hiring of artists, and the rental of infrastructure. They are especially sensitive to social and environmental sustainability, therefore, one of their missions is to develop musical experiences so that they can be enjoyed by any type of person, regardless of their abilities, while minimizing their environmental footprint. They integrate Sustainable Development Goals into their business strategy, promoting diversity and equality and implementing environmental commitment policies. With their social project Fundación Music for All as their flagship, they have become a national example in terms of universal accessibility and inclusion in the music industry, specifically in holding live music events.

This cultural and event company is built on a social and sustainable purpose. They have developed tools to reduce the impact of the events, for instance for a better treatment of waste, which is one of the major sources of contamination during the events.

In this best practice, ESG is integrated with a focus on accessibility and sustainability. This addresses both the target groups of the company and internal staff and providers. A major challenge is the global aspect of the practice and the major asset is its participation in the foundation Music For All, which supports the achievement of its goals.
