It builds a people-centred business based on respecting the environment, supporting those in need and educating. Like any company, Ideo Force operates commercially. However, it is just as important for it to take on challenges that are completely devoid of financial gain. Corporate social responsibility at Ideo Force focuses on five levels, which are people, intangible goods such as experience and knowledge, ecology and supporting those in need.

Firstly, the company cares about its employees. Ideo Force cares about working standards, and this occurs already at the level of recruitment and the subsequent induction of employees into the company culture. It focuses resources on improving and maintaining the right level of factors affecting working conditions. It provides equal opportunities for professional development by enhancing employees' skills both through training and participation in industry events.

Ideo Force is also concerned about the environment. The energy processes in the building, which is the workplace, are managed in a way that is most beneficial to the environment. Looking at the planet globally led to the decision to do away with printed leaflets and plastic pens, instead of which employees use pencils. The company's document circulation is done electronically, which allows a significant reduction in paper consumption. Care has also been taken to segregate waste in line with the current guidelines of the governing bodies. The company strives for maximum efficiency with the least possible negative impact on the environment.

The company gives to charity. Selflessly supporting the needy and vulnerable is one of its social responsibilities. That is why it financially supports foundations that care for children, the elderly or the sick and animals.

The company has already supported a number of charities and is also involved in the nationwide charity 'Okruszek'. By reducing paper consumption, segregating waste and saving energy, Ideo Force has made a positive contribution to improving the environment through its activities. The company has cooperated with universities for many years and is happy to accept invitations for free speeches. This allows them to share their e-commerce knowledge free of charge, benefiting young people in particular. In order to bring together people interested in e-commerce, the company has created a Facebook group called E-commerce Academy by Ideo Force, where members can ask questions, engage in discussions and read expert contributions on how to increase sales, manage e-commerce or how to develop and promote a business. As for the people employed at Ideo Force, the crew works on state-of-the-art equipment and can enjoy many benefits. In addition, a team-building event for employees is held twice a year. All this is within the framework of values such as dialogue, clear communication, openness and partnership.

Ideo Force has achieved success when it comes to building positive relationships with employees. Its contribution to social responsibility has been recognised by partners who benefit from the people offered by the company. The lessons and trainings organised by Ideo Force are very popular. Thanks to the company's charitable contribution, it is building more and more social trust every year. Its contribution and the pro-environmental activities undertaken have a positive impact on the environment. Ideo Force also encourages employees to be physically active, which is reflected in their numerous participation in competitions and marathons.

In order to achieve success in terms of implementing the idea of sustainable development in a company, as Ideo Force has achieved, first of all it is necessary to start from within the company, i.e. from the employees. Building a positive atmosphere among the staff is key, as the successful results of the projects implemented by the company are a consequence of the commitment of many people. Another important thing is educational activities - adequate promotion of the company and readiness to conduct free training and events. It is of great importance to stay in constant contact with people who want to constantly improve their skills and expand their knowledge. Continuing to support charitable organizations will build a positive image for the company and will certainly attract more customers to it. It will also help build community trust.
