We battle food waste by using surplus ingredients that would otherwise end up in landfills and transforming them into delicious Gelatos.
Our company is highly skilled and experienced in the production of various flavours of Gelatos and Sorbets and other delicious products.

So far we have rescued...
Every day around the world tons of food that is still in perfect condition are wasted. At Cream of the crop, the food is rescued and processed, becoming delicious treats. It's a daily mission that seeks to offer amazing products and fight for a better world! Check out on our scales how many tons of food we have already rescued in almost 2 years and join us in this cause. All of their social media messaging puts sustainability front and centre.

Challenges and recommendations

We collect very healthy surplus food ingredients from Irish Farmers, suppliers, and producers for the production of highly nutritious and delicious Gelatos and Sorbets. Without the use of artificial flavours, colours, or additives, we avoid food wastage and maximize in a way that explains Zero waste, More Taste.

The challenge that the company could have is regarding the supplies that they can obtain in order to have to have a good production and meet with the demand.
