Sustainable management in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) involves integrating sustainable practices into the day-to-day operations of a business. It relates to ESG by incorporating environmental, social, and governance principles into the SMEs operations to enhance reputation, manage risks, and increase competitiveness.
