Social skills are essential to guarantee the wellbeing not only of those working in SMEs, but also of stakeholders, consumers and whole value chains. The “Social Skills” module will enable SMEs to work on the social “S” of ESG with the ultimate goal of contributing to a better society through their business.
In this module, the learners will explore the social skills throughout 3 different dimensions: the individual dimension, the SME’s dimension, and the SME’s value chain dimension. The purpose of the module is to support the learners into further identifying the social skills that are most needed along the 3 mentioned dimensions and provide tools and methods to work on enhancing such social skills.
